All of our Bread is Whole Grain Rich, to meet the new "USDA Regulations" We use Ultragrain® the revolutionary, all-natural 100% whole wheat flour that combines the nutritional benefits of whole grains with the taste, texture and appearance of white flour.

All of our grain products have been reformulated to 16 gm of flour and are Whole Grain Rich. We have reduced all of our grains to meet your daily minimum's and weekly maximums. We have combinations of 1 grain, 1.5 grains 2 grains, to allow for flexibility on your menu by grade level.
